Cookie policy
Two strictly technical cookies, and no banner. Here is why.

1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of information a site stores on your device and reads back later. Some are essential for a page to work at all; others exist to recognise you from site to site in order to serve you advertising. These are very different uses, and the law does not treat them alike.

2. What Divinexa sets
Two strictly technical cookies, and nothing else. The second only appears if you sign in.
- The session cookie, with no personal identifier: it keeps the thread of your visit from one page to the next and expires when you close your browser.
- The sign-in token, set only if you sign in: it holds nothing but a randomly drawn identifier, lasts seven days and disappears as soon as you sign out.
- Neither is used for advertising, profiling or analytics, and neither follows you beyond this site.
-
3. What Divinexa does not set
None of the following is present on this site. That is not merely an intention: the site loads no external resource, and its security policy forbids the browser from loading one.
- No advertising cookie, no retargeting.
- No analytics, neither in-house nor third-party.
- No social network button or pixel.
- No font or library loaded from a third-party server.
- No browser fingerprinting, no persistent identifier.
-
4. Why there is no banner
Consent is required for anything stored that is not strictly necessary to the service you asked for. A session cookie and a sign-in token are necessary. Since nothing else exists on this site, there is nothing to consent to, and a banner would only ask you to accept nothing at all. The day a non-necessary device were added, this page would change and a banner would appear.

5. Setting your browser
You can refuse all cookies in your browser settings. On this site that costs you no content: only the continuity of your conversation from page to page, the memory of the light or dark theme, and the ability to sign in to an account stop working.
