Right of withdrawal

1. The principle: fourteen days

For a purchase concluded at a distance, a consumer has fourteen days to withdraw, without having to give a reason and without penalty. For a service, that period runs from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Immediate performance and a fully performed service

If you expressly ask for the service to start before the fourteen days end, you may still withdraw until it has been fully performed. The right ends only after full performance if your prior express agreement and acknowledgement of that consequence were obtained.

• Your prior express request for performance to start before the withdrawal period ends.
• Your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed.

3. How to withdraw

During the fourteen days following conclusion of the contract, send us a clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw. Opening or partially using the service does not prevent the request; it may only affect the amount refunded when you asked for immediate performance after receiving the required information.

• Through the contact form, subject « A question about the service ».
• Give the date of the order and the amount.
• No particular wording is required: a clear sentence is enough.
• You do not have to give a reason.

4. The model form

You may copy this text: « I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the service ordered on [date], for an amount of [amount]. » Adding your name and the date is enough. This form is a convenience, not an obligation: a request written in your own words carries exactly the same weight.

5. Refund

The balance is refunded within fourteen days after receiving your request, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you expressly requested immediate performance after receiving the required information, only the proportional share of the service already supplied remains payable. That share takes account, within the total price, of services consumed and artificial-intelligence use actually measured. If the required express request or prior information is missing, no amount is due for service begun before the withdrawal period ended.
