What is processed, why, on what basis and for how long. This page is short because the service collects little, not because it leaves things out.

1. What is processed
Divinexa processes only the information required for accounts, consultations, orders and the requests you send. No data is bought, sold or used for advertising.
- Your email address and the data needed to authenticate your account.
- The content and history of your consultations, together with the automatic summaries used to preserve continuity in your journey.
- The technical identifiers and states needed to link Stripe-managed payments and subscriptions to your account.
- The information you enter in the contact form, if you use it.
-
2. What it is for
Authenticating your account, producing and remembering your consultations, linking your access rights to Stripe confirmations and handling your request if you write to us. None of this information is used for advertising, commercial profiling or audience analytics.
-
3. On what basis
Processing the account, consultations and access rights rests on delivering the requested service. Operations needed for security rest on the legitimate interest in protecting the service and its members. The contact form follows from your voluntary request.
-
4. For how long
Your consultations, their history and their summaries are kept in your account to preserve continuity in your journey. You can request their deletion from the data-management page. Contact messages are kept for as long as it takes to handle the request.
-
5. Processing by a third party
Producing answers relies on a language-model provider. The consultation content and the context needed for continuity may be sent to that provider to produce the answer. Payment details remain processed directly by Stripe and never pass through Divinexa.
-
6. How it is protected
Exchanges are protected in transit by HTTPS between your browser and the site. This is not end-to-end encryption, because Divinexa must process the content to answer and preserve continuity. The browser loads no advertising tracker or third-party audience-analytics tool.
-
7. Your rights
You hold the following rights over information concerning you. How to exercise them is set out on the « Managing your data » page.
- Access: find out what is processed about you.
- Rectification: have inaccurate information corrected.
- Erasure: ask for it to be deleted.
- Restriction: have a disputed processing frozen.
- Objection: refuse processing based on legitimate interest.
