1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to the service and its use. Creating an account and using Divinexa means accepting them. If any point strikes you as unacceptable, do not use the service and write to us: we would rather fix a text than have it endured.

2. Description of the Services

Divinexa by CA is an AI-augmented clairvoyance consultation service built around Claude Alexis’s working methodology and universe. Consultations are produced by Divinexa’s artificial intelligence and do not constitute Claude Alexis’s personal opinion on your situation.

Divinexa is in no way a substitute for medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

• A private, personalised written consultation with Divinexa.
• Card readings rendered by the server, replayable from a seed.
• A daily horoscope for the twelve signs.
• In-depth readings, offered per act or per plan.

3. Access and age requirement

The service is restricted to people aged 18 or over. Every interaction with Divinexa requires an authenticated account. You may start writing before signing in: your text is preserved while you sign in or create the account, then the consultation resumes. An interruption for maintenance, incident or saturation remains possible.

4. Financial terms

Consultations, card readings and Premium Pass are paid at the prices shown before ordering. One-time purchases do not renew; the Pass renews monthly after its seven-day trial until it is cancelled in the Stripe portal. Detailed terms appear in the terms of sale.

5. Your undertakings

By using the service you undertake to the following. Breaching them may lead to access being blocked, without notice where the safety of the service or of another person is at stake.

• Submit no unlawful, hateful or threatening content.
• Make no attempt to circumvent the technical limits or the excluded subjects.
• Enter no data about another person without their agreement.
• Present no answer received as professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, with no guaranteed outcome or certainty about a future event. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions you take following a reading, nor for a temporary interruption of the service. This limitation does not apply where the publisher is at fault or where the law forbids it.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its visual identity, its texts and the card readings it presents are protected. The answers addressed to you are yours: you may keep them and share them, but not republish them as content of the service, nor resell them.

9. Duration, changes and governing law

These terms apply for as long as the service is reachable. They may change: the update date appears at the top of the page, and any substantial change will be announced on the site. Governing law is French law, and if you are a consumer the competent court is the one where you live.
