Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of consultations, card readings and the monthly Pass offered on the site. They supplement the terms of use, which remain in force.

2. The plans

The price, content, duration and conditions of each plan are displayed on the pricing page and in the Stripe summary before confirmation.

• Consultations: three one-time plans with no automatic renewal.
• Monthly Pass: a subscription renewed each month until cancelled, preceded by a seven-day free trial.
• Card readings: four one-time formats with no automatic renewal.

3. Placing an order

You choose a plan, accept the applicable terms, check the summary hosted by Stripe, then confirm. The order is delivered only after signed confirmation from the payment provider. Stripe sends its own payment or subscription summary.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and are those presented when the order is placed. Consultations and card readings are paid once. The Pass includes a seven-day free trial, then renews monthly at the displayed price until cancelled through the Stripe portal. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first charge. This commercial trial is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Payment

Stripe handles collection, payment methods, renewal and the cancellation portal. Payment details are entered with Stripe and never pass through our servers: we keep none of them. Divinexa stores only the technical identifiers and states needed to link the order to the account.

6. Delivery of the service

The service becomes available after Stripe’s signed confirmation of the payment or trial opening. Its duration and content exactly match the plan displayed before confirmation. A declined or unconfirmed operation unlocks no paid service.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have, in principle, fourteen days to withdraw. If you request immediate performance, you remain free to withdraw until the service has been fully performed, but the amount corresponding to the service already supplied may remain payable on a proportional basis. The consumed share takes account, within the total price, of Divinexa services used and artificial-intelligence costs actually measured and allocated to your order. 8. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint should come to us first through the contact form. The remedies available under consumer law remain open if no amicable solution is found.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and if you are a consumer, the court where you live is competent.
